Product Description
LS-P Series is a T2+T3 level power surge protection device designed for final-level equipment lightning protection in AC and DC power systems, suitable for installation in LPZ 2-3 and subsequent lightning protection zones. As a series-installed fine arrester at the front end of equipment, it provides targeted protection for sensitive electronics and precision devices.
Featuring two ports and full-mode protection, the product offers comprehensive shielding against surges in line-line and line-earth paths. The compact size (90mmx36mmx68mm) and 35mm DIN Rail mounting make it suitable for space-constrained environments such as equipment cabinets and control panels. The PA66 housing (V0 flame-retardant grade) offers excellent fire resistance and durability.

Notices
●This product is a final-level protector, should be installed as close as possible to the protected equipment (distance ≤5m).
●Use wiring with cross-sectional area 0.75mm²-2.5mm² and tighten screws to 1N·m torque.
●Ensure reliable grounding with ground resistance ≤4Ω to guarantee protection effect.
●Do not exceed the maximum load current (5A) to avoid overheating or equipment damage.
●Replace the SPD immediately if the LED indicator is off (failure status) or after severe surge impact.
●Select the appropriate model based on the power system type (DC/AC) and voltage.
FAQ
Q1: What is the load current capacity of LS-P Series?
A1: The maximum load current is 5A, suitable for low-power sensitive equipment and electronics.
Q2: Can LS-P220 be used for DC 220V systems?
A2: No, LS-P220 is specifically designed for AC 220Vac systems. For DC 220V applications, consult technical support for dedicated models.
Q3: What is the failure mode of this SPD?
A3: It adopts open-circuit failure mode, which automatically disconnects from the circuit when faulty to avoid short circuits or other hazards.
Q4: Is the product compatible with smart home systems?
A4: Yes, its compact size and low leakage current make it suitable for integration into smart home control systems.
Q5: How to test if the SPD is working normally?
A5: Use a surge generator to simulate transient overvoltage; if the SPD diverts the surge current and limits the voltage to the specified level, it is working normally. Regular visual inspection of the product (no physical damage) is also recommended.
