Product Description

Wide-temperature 3+NPE surge arrester engineered for sealed high-temp cabinets and cold northern workshops, rated up to 80℃ versus standard 70℃ SPD limits, with consistent residual voltage and surge capacity in unventilated power enclosures and hot production lines. Dedicated low-temperature thermal release prevents unnecessary tripping at -40℃ extreme cold, while uniform N-E residual voltage ≤1.5kV pairs with GMR phase low-residual technology for full three-phase coverage. Plug-in modules simplify maintenance in hot/cold equipment rooms, 12mm standard wire strip supports standardized field wiring, IP20 indoor rating for surge suppression on automation lines, high-heat machinery rooms and cold factory control terminals.

Product features
●  Extended rated high-temperature limit reaching 80℃.
●  No false thermal tripping under -40℃ frigid ambient.
●  Stable residual voltage through hot-cold temperature cycles.
●  Integrated thermal release isolates faulty modules automatically.
●  Compatible with industrial cabinets with large temperature swings

●  Suitable for installation in LPZ 1 -2 and subsequent lightning protection zones , it is used as a fine lightning arrester for three-phase power supply systems .

FAQ

Q1: Does 80℃ rating allow continuous 80℃ non-stop operation?

A: It is the maximum rated operating point; consistent performance is guaranteed with basic cabinet ventilation.

Q2: Does the low-temperature release reduce normal surge diversion capacity?

A: The mechanism only activates upon module overheating failure, remaining inactive during standard lightning and switching transients.

Q3:Are cooling fans mandatory for high-temperature cabinet installation?

A:Not required for standard enclosures; auxiliary ventilation is recommended for fully sealed zero-airflow cabinets.
