This full-mode electromagnetic pulse protection device is suitable for three-phase power supply and distribution systems. Debugging and settings
1. Clock setting: Short press the "IO/LO/ZE" button, and the screen will display the lightning strike count, year, month, day, hour, minute, and second information. At this point, long press the "SU/NE" button for 5 seconds, and the corresponding year number will flash. Press the "IO/LO/ZE" button to enter the corresponding year information in a circular manner, then press the "NS/ADD" button, and the month number will flash. Press the "IO/LO/ZE" button again to enter the corresponding month in a circular manner, and so on to set the day, hour, minute, and second information. After entering the time information, long press the "SU/NE" button for 5 seconds until the numbers on the screen no longer flash, indicating that the settings have been saved.
2. Viewing the number of strikes: During routine maintenance, if you need to check the number of lightning strikes on this device, simply press the "IO/LO/ZE" button to view the current record of lightning strike counts.
3. Viewing historical records: Shortly press the "IO/LO/ZE" key, and then shortly press the "SU/NE" key to view the time information of historical electromagnetic pulse generation.
4. Preset Count: Shortly press the "IO/LO/ZE" button, and after the screen displays the count and time information, long press the "NS/ADD" button for 5 seconds until the count information flashes. Shortly press the "IO/LO/ZE" button once to increase the lightning strike count by one. After setting, if there is no operation for 10 seconds, the screen will automatically save the settings after turning off.
5. Resetting the count: Short press the "IO/LO/ZE" button, then long press the "IO/LO/ZE" button for 5 seconds until the lightning strike count displays 0. If no operation is performed for 10 seconds, the screen will turn off and the count will be reset.
Installation instructions and maintenance
This product is a low-voltage AC power supply device. During installation, it is necessary to comply with the local safety regulations. The personnel responsible for the installation, maintenance, and other operations of this product must possess qualifications for low-voltage AC operations.
1. This product is installed in parallel in the power system, and do not operate it when it is live.
2. This product adopts a combined MOV+GDT lightning protection main circuit, which eliminates leakage and freewheeling currents. Therefore, there is no need to install a post-positioned circuit breaker upstream of the lightning protection box.
3. This product can be installed using either wall-mounted or 35mm DIN rail options, allowing for flexible positioning. The wall-mounted installation hole spacing is 189mm*116mm, and it is secured using screws with a diameter of less than 5mm.
4. After installation, connect the cables and wires, and ensure that the wiring is secure and not loose.
5. After wiring is completed, power can be turned on. If all six indicator lights on the panel are green, it indicates normal operation. If the lightning protection box is damaged, the corresponding phase indicator light will be off, and the remote signaling dry contact will switch and the buzzer will sound an alarm to provide a warning. At this time, please replace the lightning protection equipment with the same specification in a timely manner. The alarm prompt will stop after the fault is resolved.
6. When installing the PE grounding wire and the phase line (or phase line output terminal), the two ends of the lines must be laid separately and not bundled together to prevent the occurrence of secondary induction phenomenon.
7. This product requires no maintenance. In case of damage, it will automatically trigger an alarm for notification. Simply replace it with a product of the same model and specification.
